THE SERIES

What remains of presence.

In Tracce, light brings the metal weave to the fore, while darkness seems to diminish the figure’s material solidity. The body does not entirely disappear: a subtle presence remains, suspended between the visible and the invisible.

The works also arise from reflections on what an experience leaves in memory. The luminous figure becomes an open question about the endurance of presence and the relationship between the body, remembrance and inner life.
